CUSTOM DESIGN 

We can create a product custom designed to fit your needs and personal preferences. Note the following highlights for the special orders:

1. $400 charge for artwork plus cost of box.

2. Before production, we send you a sample for approval first. When you are 100% satisfied with sample, we will proceed with production.

3. Minimum order is $2,000.00

4. Once box is made, you are the only customer we sell to unless we get approval from you.

5. The usual waiting time is 6-8 weeks to make one sample.

6. Special order with our design or customer design the waiting time is 3 to 4 months as our product is handmade one at a time. 50% deposit non-refundable has to be paid prior to production on special order.

Also, any design from our models can be applied to plates, pedestals, wall panels or screens, at an additional fee of $20 for each selection. S.O. take 3-4 months.
