Opening Account: $200 minimum order / checks or credit cards only. Re-order: No minimum. 30 Day Terms: $500 minimum order.
RETURN POLICY
The Box Place stands behind its product. If there is a defect in our models, we will replace with the same product at no charge. Note that any defect or problem has to be reported to The Box Place within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
We will issue a Call Tag to pick up the merchandise in a timely manner. Upon receiving, a full refund, replacement or credit to your account will take place. We will not accept damages or returns after 10 days from receipt of merchandise. All items must be returned to The Box Place using the original packaging (bubble wrapped and double boxed) otherwise, there will be a 10% repacking/restocking charge deducted from original price of refund or credit to your account.
CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD
DHL or UPS Ground For customers within the contiguous 48 states we recommend choosing DHL Service (note that UPS or DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes) DHL ground usually delivers in 4-5 business days. We can also bill freight collect if you have an account with UPS.
Priority Mail Priority Mail is the best method to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam APO’s and other U.S. territories. Priority Mail does not guarantee to deliver in 2 to 3 days. The Postal Service does not consider packages to be lost for 10 days to 2 weeks after shipment. $6 handling fee with be added to your freight.
PAYMENT
All major credit cards, money order, personal/business checks, or electronic transfers are accepted for payment. Checks must clear before shipment. Charges to your credit card will be transacted the day before your order ships.
